MO Families for Families provides family assistance through information, support, training and technical assistance in local communities resulting in self-advocacy. DMH provides information about statewide resources for individuals with behavioral health (mental health and substance use) and developmental disabilities

The MO ALR Suicide Prevention Training Program equips Missouri residents with essential skills to prevent suicide. It teaches you to identify individuals at risk, recognize key risk factors, protective factors, and warning signs, and respond effectively to get help for those in need.

Parents and Families/Friends of Lesbians and Gays provides confidential peer support, education, and advocacy to LGBTQ+ people, their parents and families, and allies. There is a Ferguson, St. Louis and St. Charles chapter.
